Oliver William Skipp (born 16 September 2000) is an English footballer for Tottenham Hotspur who plays as a central midfielder. On 29 August 2018, Skipp signed a 3-year contract with Tottenham Hotspur. He made his professional debut for Tottenham in the 3–1 EFL Cup win over West Ham United on 31 October 2018. He made his Premier League debut in the home match against Southampton, coming on as a late substitute in a game that Spurs won 3–1. Skipp made his first Premier League start for Spurs in the home match on 15 December 2018 against Burnley that ended in a 1–0 win. He gained his first goal involvement in Tottenham's 7-0 win against Tranmere Rovers in the FA Cup, getting two assists.
He scored his first goal for the club in a 2-0 win at home against Chelsea on 26 February 2023.
